How come the conservatives corrupt? If one application is processed in 8 months and one in 12 months. .you mean to say 8 month johnny bribed conservative govt.?

Pls change " corrupt " with "inefficient" In petition.

I have a 3 months old baby, and I sent my babys canadian birth certificate to NDVO om March 17th 2015

In this petition I have try to put all the pain points face by all application so that we can get pointed response for them from Immigration Minister.
When approaching immigration minster we will approach with all three petitions. Having at least one latest petition would be helpful I guess.

If you can change or update the petition..
You can put a point that the spouses of people living in canada on work permit can get into canada within 3 to 4 months, we are PRs or citizens. Why can't we?

I have included this in Point No 8. See details below...

"Dependent spouse of other category visa like work visa or student visa can come to Canada almost immediately even though they or their spouse dont have any bonding to Canada. Current law as it is unfairly harsh to family of landed immigrant and Citizen compared to family of other visa category."

Mine also similar case amuu...
Hav sent my newborn baby's indian birth certificate to them in January. .
On 20th april dey requested my baby's medicals..

Mp have one standard reply...come to me after completing 16 months...spl Indian mp their in Canada not helping the people..they all raised voice in the assembly to increase the processing time from India..so that people can stop making their way to Canada via spouse visa( on the request of people who suffered from forgery of marriages).....

U are also March applicant n ur medical has alSo expired just lyk mine...so hav u done remedical?
Any update in ua file???

Hey guys,

The processing time for India has gone up 73 months this is obviously a mistake since all the countries has gone up to 70+. The person updating might have made a mistake.
