Dont even try to understand their process! There are so many 2013 applicants Pending and they are moving to 2014..... There is no method in which they do things....

Hi Aumraiya

We didn't get anything notarized. If the guide does not say so no need to get it notarized. Although check if the guide is updated now.
My husband and I both of us wrote letters explaining our relationship development in our own words in response to one of the questions in the form. We included detailed timeline. Most info was repetitive and it was personal recollection. We didn't copy ;-) It was 3 pages I guess. It can be longer if you have a lot more to tell.
Write more about how u felt and ur emotions during ur relationship development.

Did not include a cover letter as such. We had many indexes. And all separate answers were signed and dated.
Provide as much proof as possible of ur ongoing relationship. Never think this is enough. All the best!

Thanks a lot Innosense ! Another question even though it might be dumb. For organizing the forms and documents is it ok to staple everything or better to use paper clips ?

No expectations at all from NDVO,can't even predict them now.

Paper clips are better if you want to package the whole/all forms into a big envelope. Don't staple all of it. However in case let's say a form (for ex: IMM100 or whatever that form name is), has 4 pages, then I would staple it and not paper clip it. I would only paper clip all the forms in the end.
