Got the below reply from MP

"They confirmed that your husband's application was received in New Delhi on April 11, 2014 and that preliminary documents, including medical, have been received. They have not yet begun final processing of this application. If there are no delays in processing or review of documents, they estimate that processing will be completed and by August."

They did not mention anything about interview? Is this a good news? I am more confused now.....can someone please tell me what should I take from this reply. It seems like a standard reply to me or am I wrong?

I am assuming What they meant is final review. honestly i don't understand what to take from reply as notes mentioned Interview recommended and MP didn't say anything about it.

Don't know why August...may be that is when 16 months are completed. Coincidentally, August is the timeframe that was given to us by lawyer as well.

I will be happy even if my husband is here in August ....as long as he is here this year.

Tell your husband to push them little more. Tell them people who have applied after you has received their visaa and things like that. In other words show them you are suffering because of this wait and need help. They give this standard response, if you push they will agree.

Also mention other MP's have gone ahead submitted the inquiry.

They should not tell to wait 16 months cuz that law was changed in June from 13 into 16 months. So technically you were in 13 months procedure not 16 months. That's really not fair

My Application was received by CIC: 2nd Dec 2014
Sponsorship Approval: 24th Feb 2015

I havent got the sponsorship confirmation letter from CIC so far. They had my email Id wrong. I had to call and update email. I asked them to resent the confirmation letter but they havent sent it so far.

I have following question..

1. How to I get the client Id of my wife? Does the sponsorship confirmation letter has client Id of the application/wife?
2. To apply for Notes under Access to information Act do I need the client Id of my wife of Application number(this is different from client id) ?
3. How long will be medical valid? I see now the process is taking on at earliest of 8 months.

Hello...got my notes yesterday...don't know how to read them properly..
some points I have noticed..
eligibility..passed..and one due date is also mentioned in this column 2 April 2015...I think may be it's for final review.
one security column is blank what that mean..???
Medical is expired and due date is 31 march 2015..is this mean they have to send a remedical letter before this date...??
In last pages they mentioned...pending is RFV and issuance...what is this???
Interview waived coz my file is already in process...plz give u r feedback
