hello everyone who apllied for notes.i just need one favor from you.. can you please tell me regarding filling the consent from for notes..i just want to make sure..like in consent form we have to fill the applicant name in section A and in section C we have to fill the sponsored person name...like my wife sponsoring me..so my name has to be fill in section A and in section C my wife detail..is this right..thanks

but in section C there is no column for signature..so i think only i have to put signature on form...but there is one more section B in this section we can fill our spouse information to include that info into atip notes..but i guess i have no t required my spouse into info..so no need of signature of spouse (that is in canada)..is am right.??

Hi All, I'm new to this forum and thanks to the thread it makes me feel positive
1. I have applied for PR on 21st October 2014, medicals on 22nd september 2014 and got UCI number on 8th January 2015.
2. I could see my status as "Application Received" in the website since then.
3. Can anyone brief on what are various stages or the whole process on how we get PR and the meaning for AR/MR..
4. At which stage of status we will get PPR request..
5. If the status is "In Process" what does that means.. Very much confused and anxious..

Now u have to wait for a longer time to get your file into 'In process' stage. It is basically when they make things clear and take decision to give you visa. all verifications will happen over that time.

can any one changed my status from inprocess to decission made on 17th of march.
my wife's name is NK patel in our ndvo database...
