Thanks Fiza for replying to my queries yesterday. I had applied for my wife's CGMS status on 5th February and it was sent back as there were some minor errors. Corrected it and sent it back on 12th Feb. So guess even that is a waiting game. At least until 14th March. Hope something clicks for both of us as we are in the same boat.

Not sure why they are delaying second marriage cases.

I got the same message too in my ecas but that dosent mean its "In Process " . It just means that cic in mississauga has started your process and you got a decision which is "Sponsorship Approval "
And now it has been transferred to your visa office.

Congrats to your wife for clearing the interview. Hope she gets her visa soon.

If I am not wrong, you applied in March. Can you please tell when you received your Interview letter?

We received the intervew letter on 28th Jan. We then immediately applied for GCMS notes. The notes arrived in the nick of time on the 27th of Feb. But the notes didnt mention the concern that the officer had.
It only said-"file sent for interview". It seems to me that my file was a random pick for an interview. Because upon reflecting on the questions she asked, i dont think there was any significant issue that she was tryign to clarify.

I believe this is for sponsor side... as you can see applicant side ( Permanent Residence)has no update.. so decision is only made on sponsor side.. that mean your file is transferred to new delhi.. now review of applicant will start.

application sent 1 june 2014 aor 31july transfer 13 aug medicals done 3 rd march 2014 and havnt received the pp request yet do I hav to get her remed done, she called up the doc and they said they need the letter from immig. regarding remeds. anybody knows what to do in this situation .plz help thanks in advance
