And i applied for ATIP note through privacy act, got a reply that they cannot provide me the details as my spouse reside outside Canada. I could apply under access to information act.

God Knows when will they even start processing our application. My wife appliaction was received on 30th June & they haven't even started processing yet. It still says AR. This week is over too without any updates. I feel bad for my wife :-(. Its been 8 months without any updates. They asked for more wedding pics & phone records which i gave but nothing after that. I hope February resolves my issue along with so many stuck with thier spouse visa.

I received an email 2 weeks back. I sent all the documents last week. I hope they would consider it immediately & work on our application.

Mine is also AR. They didnt even ask anything from me. I am also waiting. Hopefully i will also get a positive response in february

Mine is still AR/ MR ..everyday hope today I will call my hubby and say omg omg I am coming back finally...everyday hope dashes !!! tired of all this ...life seems to be hinging....god knows how frustrating it is....the whole month of may applicants processed except me god knows only why they left me out.

I wish to god all the applicants especially the ones who are just hanging in mid air since jan 2014 to may 2014 come through. Its good to see people rejoicing ..happy ..when they get ip ..dm..ppr..visa ..one fine day our turn will come..when ever its destined by god ..patience is the key which i am really loosing now.. :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'(
