I got an email from DELHIIMMIGRATION @ international.gc.ca asking for few documents which I had already send with my package. Should I be re sending them or just ignore? They asked for proof of payment of fees and police clearance.

Just to clarify the fees paid is $1040 rt?

I think you dont have to do anything cause if you read the letter carefully it says at the end of each requirement sentence IF NOT ALREADY PAID AND IF NOT ALREADY SUBMITTED. So you are fine.its just an automated computer generated letter. So i think you don't have to do anyting... ...

I think April applicants are badly stuck. As far as I know myself, Deep_Son, Payal9, Magicman......we all are still at AR/MR

Last I heard from magicman was going to get an interview. he did MP inquiry and got to know about it

this means they have approved your sponsorship which is decision made
and your spouse : application received and medicals meaning file has reached first stage in new delhi . it is not in process or anything .
hope this clarifies.

so stay relax, its mean your file is in process. wait for IP now...

I am also Stuck in AR/MR.
I am expecting interview as per GCMS Notes.


Not Sure when they gonna start on Interview cases.

Most people stuck from Jan - may in 2014 are probably in the interview queue. I fail to understand why such long wait times for interview......this just doesn't make sense. why can't they just organize interviews within one month after determining that it is required.

This snail speed for interview files is making things worse

I have heard that after CIC made change to spousal sponsorship with conditional PR and spouse unable to sponsor for next 5 years, ndvo should have received less traffic.

Looks like it is opposite as they have started paying way to close attention to even genuine cases

Thanks for the reply. So we could assume we are working on June/July files.

One more question to you or anyone else: I checked on ECAS under the applicants file number and it says application received Oct 28th which is when I (sponsor) had sent the entire package.

Will this information change to reflect when the file was received in the visa office after SA or can we hope to hear anything at all?

Yeah Mine got updated in 1 Nov 2014 that interview is Recommended but till now no Communication.
