These people are so stupid and they don't even know how to run a particular system. Genuine cases are on hold and stupid work permit applications for spouse getting approved within a month and the entire family can be in Canada without question being asked. spouse can work anywhere as she will have open work permit. kids will have study permit to go to school they will have health care too and finally the lone work permit visa holder will apply for PR and in no time with him his entire family will be a PR and they are done. WTF???

So agree with you Pamma.......if only Harper government had some brains...things would have been different

apply for notes through ATIP to know about your file. I am pretty sure my file is stuck in interview queue if they are taking this long but other than waiting there is nothing we can do.

How would ATIP help? They will just show timelines of their lethargic work....

I submitted my application on September 15 2014
sponsorship approval October 30 2014
I haven't received any other info from NDVO or cic........
could somebody tell me what is the status of my application at NDVO..........?
when I checked online it only shows application and medical results received on September 15 2014.

Agree pam... Yaar after certain time they got pr as well. so quick process for them why they don't verify, its genuine marriage or fake, why for us.... and bit strange, they approve their Visitor visa as well... unfair with us

did your partner, who is in India got email, when he will receive email from cic, then your file will transfer to Delhi. I hope after getting your email,he will get email with in 2 weeks. not taking that long.. check email again all spam email....

I am with you for the same opinion, as they are on work permit they do not need any of these huge process or background check to bring their spouse here it is as simple as that.............. but we being PR have to go through all these long pain of waiting....... depression.............. and what not.......... over and above the federal government say they encourage family re unification, that is their first priority............. No other country have a long stupid process like this to bring there spouse and to live together............................. Australia, NewZealand, UK and Ireland have fair and minimal processing time to bring there spouse................... :-[ :-[ :-[ :-[ :-\ :-\

gore never use their own brain . whatever stuck in their mind they stick on those things. even this process was so quick before as well. Just submit ur marriage certificate and get visa. but these all our stupid people made it worst...

all those fake marriages in the past are costing us big time. A process that used to take 3 months ......is now 15months ...what a joke CIC

No she did not get any e-mails from NDVO after that. I dont really know what has happened we are regularly checking our mails n every day but didn't get any thing from NDVO........ So as I didn't get any what can I do next...... to get one...............? I am getting worried and confused

Whats ur ecas status is saying, check with ur details as well. If it's saying decesion made,then relax.and ur wife status shold say decision made and application received. it's mean your file is transferred to ndvo

You application is in process. Don't strees too much....it can take upto 90 days for ppr request. Hang in there....you might get it before end of this month.

ATIP notes request is for those who haven't heard anything from CIC since the file is transferred to Delhi. If you know the reason of delay, I think it makes the wait time little easier. In our case we have no clue why NDVO is sitting on our file and not moving lolz!
