Oh boy.. still 2013 cases are pending is it? It's ridiculous as they say on their site that it takes around 16 months to finalize the cases. Wonder how much of a time these as##$%^s need? 16 months is sufficient to come to a decision and it's not fair for people to put their lives on hold for such a long time.

Well I guess everyone is waiting while immigration guys are very busy in ruining relationships:/

Hey guys went for interview yesterday . Some white lady took my interview , she wasn't being very nice in the beginning but warmed up little towards the end. Asked me questions for hour and a half non stop , in the end said she'll assess my application and I'll recieve a mail from her . So waiting to hear something from them , how long it should take now if they were to send me re medical ??

Hour and half omg dat was long. Did they ask you guys questions separately?

Went alone. She asked me every single question you could think off , from my education to where I worked or current doings . I could sense that she's putting up that hard look face purposely but I managed to calm her down with some lighter conversation . My case has little more to do than rest of you guys , since I was already in canada for some years and had some issues she wanted to clear from me.

Remedical request I think depends on visa officer..mine s expired in Feb and still not received Remedical letter and file is in process since Oct 2014..

They asked my re-medicals 1 month before the expiry of the medicals/

U r lucky..I am waiting for Remedical request and for decision also..god knows y they r taking it too long ..everything is clear according to notes..

hi deep I understand your problems we all are in the same boat I think it's better try to talk to your mp maybe he can help you my medical also expired in March when we did mp inquiry last month then he said to us do remedical so u can try to

yes it was 30th march 2015,,its almost 12 days now no any letter yet ,,she returned my pp and other documents saying that we ll send a remedical letter

according to my notes everything is passed except security which is not started and then they changed to inprocess in nov, 2014
