Hi all,
Can any on please suggest about Sponsorship evaluation form IMM 5481. I am a resident of Canada and my wife is in India. I believe this particular form is only for people who are co-signor /common law partners/ and in conjugal relationship. Do I have to fill this form ????

the main thing u hve to see is last 2 pages NOTES whenther its interview is recommended or not and due date,,and security,,criminality etc passed or not and ur file is in transit etcetc
