thank you for the link this is absolutely new for me and
Looks good to me can u tell me what is the defference btween this inquiry and mp inquiry and one more thing I got my note like 2 weeks ago and I did myp inquiry too the same time and if I to inquir by the link that u posted is it okay or no need ur answer bro thank you in advance
for me the difference is that we can request and ask any thing and clear our doubts with ndvo thru case specefic enquiry which directly goes to ndvo... So i requested you all to write some emotional emails to ndvo to speed up process on 2013files.. Notes tells us about our files process in detail and notes genreted in canada.. Mp i think also did enquiry in canada embassy they informe mp about our file process... For us emails and cse is best way to directly informe ndvo about us.. But most of the time they didnt reply our emails but that doesn't mean they didn't read any email..

So in short case specific enquiry is one of the best way to contact new delhi visa office.

Writting an Emotional E-mail will not expedite the processing of your application. VO is less likely to respond to such E-mails. VO is also less likely to respond to the E-mails if application is still within processing time.

GCMS notes are generated when a request is received by ATIP and are sent after a waiting period of 30 days. So the information in GCMS notes is not current as on the day they are received. Some IO's do not update GCMS notes. However, it does have a lot of information.

An enquiry through an MP gets a response within days and information is likely to be most updated as it is from the actual file.

Hi everyone
my spouse files our application on 1 july 2013
application recieved 12 AUgust 2013
Passport requested- 16 september 2013
Interview- 9 september 2014
remedical- 25 september 2014
In process since- 12 september 2014

i was in AUstralia for 7 years and got married in canada. my wife is really depressed coz of this long time. She came here on interview and went back after five months. we are waiting but really not understanding what is going on?

If you got married in Canada, why didnt you stay there , are you in India right now?
There are lot of people stuck more than 15 months, i want to know the reason, i seen most cases are done in 8 months, while there are cases which not finalized even after 15 months, can anyone shed the light for this delay, can everyone share there thought if they know why they were delayed, i am sure there must be some genuine reason, for example, missing documents, previous marriages , etc.

hi dear no we r still in processing time if u see on timeline 15 months + 85 days =17 months 25 days that is ndvo counting.. but even some r crossing this timeline ndvo dont think about that.. because no one can challenge ndvo process....

Well.. Same here still in process.. Did MP enquiry and same answer that the file is in for final review.. And as far case specific enquiry .. Ndvo 95% times doesn't reply.. MP said wait for another 6 weeks if u don't hear anything.. Give us a call again... Don't get this... 2014 applicants are getting visas whereas 2013 people are still stuck at final reviews.. Even though 2014 is still in processinv times and 2013 applicants have even crossed the processing times.. I guess god and ndvo are testing the patience of 2013 applicants.. So lets just keep our hopes high by saying ,"bhagwan k ghar der hai ander nahi"... :)

m also stuck here dnt knw merakdo hona a 19 th feb nu 12 mnths complete hi jane meri file nu v dnt knw wt to do

i was living in australia and my wife in canada when our parents met each other and finalize everything. marriage took place in india and after marriage me n my wife spend some time together and again went back to our works, me to australia and my wife to canada. and our lawyer who filed application files it through india as she thought that it will take less time in processing. so we filed through india emabassy. but it is taking tooo long now. its 19 months almost and file is in process since 12 september 2014.

I assuming you are an Indian citizen and you are either on work permit in Australia or you have a residency in Australia, the processing in Australia is less than NDVO. Did your lawyer put your australian address or your indian address in application?

I was temporary resident in Australia. My lawyer put everything in file. Australia's address and everything else. And yeah I am Indian citizen.

Nothing still waiting it's very frustrating and effecting our lives. They have no idea what we are going through:(
My wife broke down every day on phone which is very painful for me. Feel so helpless NDVO is not replying for inquiries either :(
