Taking about due dates: My due date showed December 31st 2014 and on the notes generated January 7th 2015

I can see that under sponsors address they have made change to my address (which was wrong)- on December 27th 2014.

Rather than that nothing else.

Waiting for my MPP to get back to me

We are all on the waiting list, today I have completed 16 months and 24 days - remedical was done on oct 21, 2014. CANT WAIT ANYMORE

Mine is 17 months running and I am IP since Dec 16 2014. God knows what these people are doing there. This delay is ruining my relationship. I would tell you just keep patience.

Can NDVO keep anyone's passport for more than a year?
Is it legal by Law, since I submitted my passport in Dec. 2013.

Guys just got update from MPP office about due dates.

If everything is okay and CIC- New Delhi doesn't need any data or information from the applicant- then one will find that the due date will not change.

This indicates that the file is ready for visa stamping- but the funny part was no one can say when it will be done- we will have to wait- if all checks completed and notes does indicate the processing of file is complete- then its a matter of time before we get VISA.

This sucks- In my case was advised CIC has my passport all checks done- passport in que for VISA stamping.mmm

its hard to wait but we cant don any thing even i done mp enq. but still nothing change.. i told him we cross 15 months stilll ip mp said wait
