My friends here did the same. But small correction. with the indian experience certificate, they couldn't get the G as you said. They will have to go through G1 and get G2. With G2, ideally one has to be driving for 1 year before they can appear for the road test to get G. but if you claim the Indian experience, you don't have to wait for the full 1 year. Instead you can go for the road test anytime after you get your G2. Thats the only advantage. Of course, you save a lot of time here. If you know driving and if you get comfortable with the rules, you can appear for the final road test even within 1 month of getting your G2. And that saves you 11 months of wait time.

Don't worry Rk....1 day ur visa will cum 4 sure nd that day is about to come soon......when ur visa will come, we all forum members will b as happy as u.....me nd mah wife always keep on talking about u......The most important thing is whatever thing which we get after long time nd struggle....that thing last forever nd we always appreciate de value of it......so b positive nd b patience nd ur OMG moment is about to come very soon

Hi RK Sandhu and all seniors here,

Sorry even though its my turn to say OMG cannot say OMG as I have some concerns regarding the passport request that I just got via email. Require help from you all in case you guys have any experience regarding a similar case before.

The status is still IP but the passport request say that I need to submit passport within 30 days. I am currently in Singapore and have already negotiated the last day with my company to be Dec4th, 2014, which is 30+9 days, so I will be 9 days late to submit my passport. The letter says that failure to submit passport withing 30 days can result in the refusal of my application. What should I do now
