nope I just spoke with my mp and she told me that the most up to date info that cic gave her is that the requested information was received by them and the file is in queue for review... no interview..

Interview after the application went into the status of "In Process" ? If so, that is a thing to be worried about for future applicants.

Hey Rajneel-

don't loose hope and go by the MP words. Sometimes they just give random answers and they are not that helpful. Two weeks ago two ADR applicants got DM and they are Sep 2013 applicants i believe. So there is a chance that NDVO will clear all the ADR and re-medical applicants by end of this year. hopefully the amount emails NDVO is receiving from 2013 applicants make them look back at the files to issue DM'S

just did an mp inquiry.. although they said they will get back in a week they also mentioned that the probable reason for 2013 applicants not being issued visa anymore is for the fact that the quota for 2013 applicants are complete and they will start issuing again in Jan.. I am shell shocked..

hello every one
i need your help me i applied application on 25 sep. 2013 .. after that they didn't contact me and today i get email from ndvo my interview on 15 nov. 2014
and i m worrying about this anyone please help me do i need contact any lawyer for perpetration.. what kind of question they can ask me

That was my initial observation too, but looks like a couple of them have just received an interview letter. Not sure if the status of the application has reverted back to "AR" from "IP", because a friend of mine had his status reversed, but no interview letter yet.


CIC keeps inventing a different way of processing applications each year (PP being asked almost after the application is finalized for 2014 applicants, 2014 applicants seem to be transitioning into "IP" way too early in the application status and then brooding on it for a while with nothing happening etc) don't know if it is out of boredom?


Pooja, Preet13 could you please confirm if your status is still "IP"?
