Thank you rksandhu for the reply. I have been living with my wife since 2.5 months, should I mention to them that I am living with my spouse since 2.5 months as my flight back to canada is on sept 2? Email enquiry wouldn't delay the process? What is your opinion?

you are in a decision made...what procedure left for u which delays ur process. ...don't think like that...you are in a final stage. .now you hv full right to send an enquiry. ..one whole month pass without PPR. ..ur medical expires soon so I think you will take an action otherwise if they send you remedical request then its not each after dat to get visa easily. ..

if you asked them dat you are with ur wife then it doesn't matter now...so just asked about ur passport nothing else. ..gud luck

it means they said in the notes dat ur marriege is geniune...and I don't think so u will hv an interview. ..they just damn lazy maybe in a few days u will received remedical request. ...
but after reading notes or other comments then make an decision. ..

plz ssend me ur mail id so that I may send u details ..everythings seems positive in notes..will they still go for Interview. There is nothing mentioned for an intyerview and everything written is positive by all means. my medical will expire in sept 11. Can they extend till 2 weeks and can ask me to travel??

hi frnds.. I daily read ur discussions as u all talking abt ndvo forgets remedical and adr applicants.. But what abt me?? 4mnth ho gaye medical expire huye abhi tak remedical nahi manga aur jahaa tk main janti hu ab jb medical expire huye 4mnth ho gaye bina remedical visa toh nhi aaega... Main thik bol rahi hu na?? Guys m really very upset dnt knw what to do..

I think there is no need to submit another pcc if you already have submitted one..

But if ur wife still wants to submit it then send it to NDVO with a covering letter or send it through VFS office...

advantages: walking distance to consulate; rooms are not bad; close to tourist areas

disadvantage: pricey; food is not that great in the hotel; no hotels nearby (but within walking distance there are few hotels

if you speak hindi and going by train to Delhi, there are many hotels near train station


if you end up choose hotel diplomat, call them and bargain (that's what manager told me after getting my money)

I have a question i applied for notes on July 28, but have not received any thing till yet.

When i reviewed Authority to Realease form i forgot to write my email ID, do you think they will send through mail or should i apply for new notes.
