I cant say its straight forward case as my dad was not present at the wedding and also my wedding took place at my moms village as my mom and dad r divorced my dad is the one who sponsored me here my mom lives in uk other that everythng is straight forward we have a year age difference same religion same level of education it is a love marriage we provided phone bills , about 150 photos it is our first marriage

Sandeep, perhaps in that case, i would think you may want to focus on providing all kinds of reasons/ proof of

1) your dad having sponsored you here
2) reasons for dad not being present.
3) collect more proofs on you and your wife having interacted before marriage, and to show a natural progression of the marriage

Also ensure you stress on the fact that your wife's parents/elders were fully present. take pics, highlight your wife parents faces etc.
Also, if both of you have good jobs, take that as well just to show you are not financially distressed and you or she would not falsify marriage

Sunsweet, I am more worried for you. When will you get your IP? Like i said before, i think NDVO has gotten extra VOs or they have transferred some files to another embassy and so the Oct and Nov files are already assigned to the NDVO VOs and so that cannot go anywhere and so that is why NDVO jumped the que to issuing IPs for Dec files. Whatever it is, now the entire focus of NDVO will be on Oct and Nov files. So i am thinking your little omg moment is coming in another week? what do u say? I am praying for you and all other Oct and Nov applicants everyday!!!

NDVO is not jumping it is the officer who handles mine might have been on vacation and now clearing the backlog. My application was received on Nov 19 2013. End of July 2014 I received ADR which I've complied to.
Till date my GCMS notes say absolutely nothing regarding my case. Maybe now I might have some updates on my file if interview is required or not. E-CAS still displaying application received. I have re-applied for GCMS notes and I pray to Almighty that my file is moving forward.

This is a second marriage for me and my wife. I have previously sponsored my ex-wife back in 2009. My previous marriage lasted about 19 months and out of which we lived together for 14 months in Canada. The ADR request was for my divorce petition that I field in court (reason for getting divorce)
I attached additional pages to explain in detail what were the issues of first marriage.

I have visited my spouse twice since our marriage in Oct 2013. Once in Dec 2013 for 30 days and now in June 2014. We have conceived a child together and our son was born in June this year. I have updated NDVO and re-submitted Additional Family Background form and Sponsorship evaluation form with details of our son.

I will wait for updated notes and based on the new information (interview waived or not) I will take parental leave from my work and go back to live with family for whatever length of time until they get their visa.

DOES NDVO GIVE ANY TRACKING NO. FOR THE PASSPORT AFTER DM?

MY WIFE'S MEDICAL IS GOING TO EXPIRE ON 21ST AUG.
NDVO CALLED HER ON 29TH JULY TO FIND OUT IF SHE COULD FLY BEFORE 21ST.

I AM NOT ABLE TO BOOK THE TICKET AS I DON'T HAVE THE VISA YET.
PLEASE ADVICE!!

its depend on what you wife asked them whether she fly before or not...?

don't worry I remember you are from jalandhar na...so its just arrived within a week or more then 10 days. ..just asked ur postman..

She told them she could fly before 21st. The status changed to IP on 29th itself and DM on August 2nd. Since then we have been waiting eagerly for the passport. Yes I am from Jalandhar Is it worth sending them an email asking for the tracking no?

Thats gud thing to go back and live vid ur family...as a Canadian citizen its not a problem how long you will stay in India..this thing strong ur case...
apart from ur previous marriege, everythings fine in ur case ..hope what you gives reason for divorce they will satisfy vid it bcoz as you said ur divorce and when u again married its very short time between both things so its might b a issue for them...but I m sure everythings will b fine bcoz this little one Lucky for both of you...and this thing proves dat you hv geniune marriege...

so what about the lil one's certificate. ..did you apply it and what about photos they asked for it or not .?

no...just relax. .they changed ur status IP to DM in just 5 days. .or now just 5 days passed after the DM. ..so relax just wait for more 5 days. ..I m sure in dese 5 days your wife already said tata bye bye to us...
hopefully i can kick her out this week from this forum

Ya! Application for my son's citizenship certificate has been submitted at CGC-CHD. Yes! we submitted photos as well along with all other required proofs. Thanks for your best wishes I really want a shiny visa to arrive in mail for my wife so that we can resume our lives together.
I pray that you also get a speedy visa and be re-united with your spouse
