My medicals already expired on June 24, so will i get the re-medicals request or what next??

OMG OMG OMG GUYS!!! WE RECEIVED REMEDICAL EXAMINATION REQUEST TODAY AFTER OUR INTERVIEW TOOK PLACE ON JULY 29, 2014 at CHD....SOOO I GUESS WE PASSED OUR INTERVIEW WOOOOOHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!

BUT IM SAD THAT THEY RETURNED MY HUSBANDS PASSPORT ON THE DAY OF THE INTERVIEW BUT RE MEDICAL MEANS EVERYTHING IS GOING SMOOTHLY rightt??? I guess they will also require PCC since it has expired.....

Congrats on the great news buddy. True lovers n waiters like yu deserve this blessing of God in the form of quicker grant of IP.Enjoy max of max with yur partner,May God shower his love on yu n on people like yu in this forum who are desperately waiting for their partners to reach in CA. Salute their way of love n worry of visa as they are providing additional documents to NDVO even without being asked, they keep putting MP inquiries one after another , they don't get tired of applying notes even if it's been just 5 months they have filed their application .Yu guys sure deserve more than yur expectations . Kudos to yu all impatient waiters of yur soul-mates . Love yu all!!

went to shirdi and right now in goa and then will go back to delhi, prayed for everyone.

My wife also got IP

Hello experienced members,
We have got DM on 2nd August and my spouse is Oct applicant. They have never asked me for the passport previously and the medical will expire on 5th sept. Now I am not sure if they will ask for passport and give the Visa before the medical expiration or they will extend the date of expiration? Please everyone reply because Iam very worried since my flight to go back to Canada is on 4th September too. I would like to go with my spouse hopefully .

next step is you will received ur passport with not so shiny visa in couple of days. ..bcoz everything done in ur case-interview, , remedical, , sent pp,, IP now as lots of other applicants waiting for DM you are also join IP group. ..gud luck

Hi Chirag and Seniors

Can you please share your interview experience? Did they returned your passport in the interview. If passport is returned in interview - does that mean that visa is denied. I am quite perplexed as I got to know after MP enquiry that interview is recommended in my case. Below are my timelines:

Appl Recieved: 1st Nov 2013
Sponsership Approval: 21 Nov 2013
File Transfered to NDVO : 22 Nov 2013
PPR: 22 Jan 2014

Donot worry about interveiw it just aformality they doing.Thye return my passport at the time on interview bcoz the pp isrequired for medical and also inform to retrun my pp after medical done.Also they have request few doc of my like income proof,rental aggreement,travel histort form of my..and my wife drive lince.

we applied on June 19, 2013 and finally after 13.5 months the file moved with an interview at the hardest embassy you could ask for (CHD)

Medicals expired: April 6, 2014
PCC Expired
Passport requested: Sept 2013 ps passport was returned at the end of the interview
Re-medical request: August 6, 2014
