did you do the usual routines? call MP; order notes; case specific enquiry; sit in dharna in front of ND visa office? not necessarily in that order..

hey guys...what can be the reason for delay to dm after "in process". Got in process on July 17. No travel history. Im from Punjab. All other oct applican who got "In process" around same time have got dm already.

yeah dats strange. ...there are lots of applicants who got IP but last few weeks no one received DM. ..maybe they changed every applicants status on same day...
last few days no omg...today Saturday so pray to God...

Hi Guys,

I got a refusal today from CIC, Delhi because they said I haven;t submitted the Marriage certificate from the temple and I didn't submit the photograph of the homa, or offering in the sacred fire, panigrahana, but I submitted the Marriage certificate from the court.

I don't have those pictures so I don; t know what to do now.

Should I get the marriage certificate copy from the temple where we did marriage?

dats too bad....get the certificate bcoz its helpful to you in your future...as you mention earlier you got ur visa of USA so now no need to think abt Canada...go to America live dere..establish ur future dere...gud luck

yeah this is right. ..dere is another forum of appeals so search dere you see lots of information regarding ur case....but it will tk lots of time if u go for appeal. ..
why didn't you go to USA. ..?

yeah dats a silly reason bcoz if u didn't submit earlier then y not they asked for it like in ADR or in interview. ..
