I know every1 get diff additional requests so I wanted to ask if anybody got additional request for wedding pictures? after how long they got update from NDVO after sending adr . for me its almost 2 mnths since I got their email.

There were some applicans who did get additional requests but I am not sure how long does it take to update.

type of documents: electronic (not sure if it has notes in electronic files - when I did it, it did not have one)
File type: immigration file permanent residence (I think if you put sponsorship it will give you sponsor's details not sponsored person)

File type should be permanent reidence. And file format in electronic if you want to have information via email attachments. ( which is more faster)

if ur husband is in delhi then search for the panel physician from Delhi. ..
documents like passport's photocopy,, email's photocopy which they send you to do remedical,, also take with forms printout. .

panel physician know everything so no need to worry. ..also if you have emedical receipt take it also if they want to see it...
dats it all the best

Get your self with letter from embassy which ask for re medical test and you can do it in Delhi in MAX hospital and you don't need appointment as such.

i am being kind to them by calling them morons..offline I have colorful language to describe them...what you call a person who waits for 12 months and then tells that interview is scheduled and then after interview rejects based on age difference and applicant's parents won't approve anyway; what do you call a person who makes people with children wait for 13 months; what do you call a person who rejects applications based on personal prejudices against gays, religions, age difference and so on; what do you call a person who goes on strike and puts away 2012 applicants for 15 months and then issues notification about interviews; and personally, no passport request, no notification about interview; no response to dozens of inquiries; and I can go on about lack of transparency and decency....yes i got my visa but ends do not justify what they are doing to many applicants..by the way do a search for 'interview' in this thread and you will hundreds of posts about interview attended by people; helpful suggestions....good luck with your interview

Dear Friends, I desperately need your help and advise. Can any one guide me the procedure to apply for the driving experience certificate from the local" Regional licencing agency" OR" Regional transport office". Any one who lives in Chandigarh OR Punjab who has got the same for waiving of the time limit for G 2/CLASS 7 licence in Canada. Is there a set type of form available to be filled and submit or we have to tell them what we need them on their letterhead. KINDLY GIVE YOUR EXPERTISE. I got eng on 26 dec 2011 my wife is pr in canada . After eng I went to canada on study visa with my feancy . And we came back to india for marriage . I got marride on 1 aug 2012 . After marriage we spend 2 monthes in india and went back canada . Then we apply for my pr (outside canada ) . I got email for pasport request on 2 april 2014 in the time we blessed with baby boy and we inform them about baby birthin may 2013 I came to india for pasport submitt my son and my wife travel with me bec we were expecting visa soon . After to monthey they went back to canada and m still waiting for my visa .
My wife contact to mp 1st time she said there is bring forword date of 26 dec 2013 on ur file . After that 2nd time in march mp said they need 1 more month. Inlast of aprail visa officers (indian lady and canadian) visit to my home for inquiry,they ask me few questions . And they also ask from my neibours about my marriage in may my wife contact to mp again and she replied there is bring fwd date of 27aug .can u explain me what is going on . Bec m very confused . About process .

i think i read somewhere that you can apply for appeal yourself as it first go through ADR (alternative dispute resolution) and you just have to fill a form within few days after receiving the judgement letter and then later on you may need a lawyer. Please check the forum there is a blog for all appeal cases.

Also they have asked for "Completed MEDICAL REPORT CHEST X-RAY REQUISITION AND REPORT form (Page 5 and 6 of IMM5419)"....do we need to take printout of this form along with us???

Also, last yr my husband did his remedicals from Chandigarh....now he is in New delhi....so, he can get it done from there...right?????

You have to take the printout of email and if they have send you the form attached then that too like in my case they sent the form too. And yes I too didn't have passport but in my email it was writen either to take passport or any government approved id so I took voters id, addhar card n pan card but the hospital took aadhar card copy. And yes one recent passport size picture. Hope it helps
