How much time they will take after sending additional documents (ADR)? plz....reply me if any1 having idea regarding this...

As per all the Y-2013 cases reported in spreadsheet (https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0ArjKIJSYT22GdDVSZ0JReGtVa25fMERwcXNkaklnLUE#gid=0) on an average IP comes 55.56 days after ADR.

Obviously promptness in complying with the ADR would also play a role in this.

Minimum is 3 days for RPandey (next is 24 days) and maximum is 137 days.

I filled on march 3-2014. my file is been trasferred to india. they asked for additional documents which we already attached to the file. How long it going to take? Please somebody answer

after reading this article I feel more nervous, coz me and my hubby also met just few days before our marriage , before that we only met on yahoo webcam and fb . hope this is not a problem .

When did you get this request?

When did you apply? Are you an Oct applicant?

after reading this article I feel more nervous, coz me and my hubby also met just few days before our marriage , before that we only met on yahoo webcam and fb . hope this is not a problem .

The article does not discuss all the reasons of rejection. "Meeting just a few days before the marriage" might be the starting point of suspicion for a VO, and might have found other things when started investigation.

As per Y - 2013 Spreadsheet about 5.5% people had an interview, and this is my understanding that cases are rejected only after an interview so odds are not bad.

On the other hand http://www.thestar.com/news/immigration/2013/04/29/marriage_fraud_canadian_immigration_officials_tread_thin_line.html says 16% cases got rejected worldwide which may mean that NDVO has lower rejection rate, or people who have fake cases (assuming majority refused cases are fake cases) do not care to come to sites like canadavisa.

May be RKSandhu or Andrewset can give you more comforting answers

Thanks for the encouragement Rksandhu, No I have not done any yet. I am thinking of applying for notes sometimes by end of this Month.

I also submitted all the photos when i filed my application.I dont know y Ndvo asked for photos again as additional request. I should have invited visa officers in my wedding lol. But anyways still havent heard anything from them its been more than a mnth since I submitted adr. This is 11th mnth of my waiting game

don't worry, you are a preferred case, check out "popeye" had a similar story, saw each other on skype, physically met on engagement and got instant visa,
he is the first one who got visa in oct, and that too no DM no updates, no wait, no nothing straight instant IP and visa in hand.
