Since he'd heard these jokes before, he knew that he had to rub the lamp and make the genie come out. So he rubbed the lamp and out popped a genie. The genie asked, as genies will, "What is your first wish?" The NDVO worker thought about it for a second, then replied, "I would like to be rich!" So the genie granted him his wish, and poof the man was surrounded by piles of money rivaling the heaps of even Martha Stewart and Bill Gates. Since the NDVO worker knew the whole wish process, the genie didn't even have to ask for number two before he said, "My second wish is to be on an island with beautiful women surrounding me and obeying my every command!" And poof, he was there. Then the NDVO worker decided on his third wish, "I don't want to do any work ever again!" and poof -- ubiquitous ironic twist -- he was back in his office.

I gonna deliver my baby anywhere around first week of august and there is just application received on my ecas for my spouse ( applied n jan 2014) .. I am planning to take my baby India as soon as possible after my delivery to meet my husband ... my question is

There are 6 august applicants--weblogic,shona, jai sai ram, desi jatt (recommended interview on notes), Rksandhu, jasmine. .everyones status is application received. .no email for remedical. ..nothing else. .
are you also august applicant ?

congratulations for being a mother...
Once your baby gets his/her Canadian Passport he/she becomes Foreigner living in India.At this moment onwards parents need to apply for Indian Visa of the baby so that he/she will be legally staying in India on on Canadian Passport...You can apply for PIO Card( Person Of Indian Origin ) or OCI ( Overseas Citizen of India ) depending which one you want for the baby....ask ur husband to Contact your local FRRO Office and they will tell him the procedure of applying.....Google PIO, OCI and you will get the details...OCI card you also apply in canada and take with u when u visit india...PIO and OCI both take 3 months time. .

So today evening I recieved an email from NDVO to get remedical done along with an form attached which has all my info already written on it.. I am so relieved, till yesterday i thought they have skipped my file

Thats a gud news..it means there is no chances of interview. .start packing and done remedical as soon as possible you will received ur visa very soon. .gud luck

i done my remedical on 30 may nd waiting for dm....

I am a mid aug 2013 applicant ,medical nd pcc expired in may 2014 but did not get any email to redo medical and pcc. my status is still application received

application for family class sponsorship for PR

Hello Sir
I got married in aug 2013 and my wife is PR of canada.She applied for my application in nov 2013 and She recieved a mail from cic stating that she is eligible to sponsor and then she recieved a letter stating that my file has been sent to high commision delhi jan 15,2014.Then I recieved a mail from high commision delhi on feb 11,2014 asking for landing fee and police clearance certificate.I sent them these documents on feb 12,2014 and they recieved on 14 feb,2014 but till date i haven't recieve any mail from high commision delhi..we have also sent medical with our application
Can u please tell me what is the next procedure and how long it will take?
