they will do your interview first and then ask you to do remedicals...not sure if any interview slot is open for july (if an interpreter is required interview date might be pushed to aug) besides they give atleast 3 weeks notice....so we are looking at the earliest sometime last week of july....as for interview, look at the last two pages of notes and it will give you an idea what their concerns are (implied not directly stated)..so prepare questions regarding those concerns; go through your application and add more questions; plus add 250 questions that was posted in this forum and prepare so well and get surprised if they ask you few questions regarding marriage and then ask you to do remedicals.....NDVO is unpredictable but it is better to be prepared than feel sorry...

i m tensed bcz my medical had been expired on 29 march
after my interview on 27 may they did nt returned my pp for remedical.even not a single word about remdical,,,,
really dony know how ndvo works.
but one relief dat after my interview status changed to ip...a big relief

How futile is this that if you didn't have honeymoon so they got suspicious. Bullshit. Really these people are insane. Do you have love marriage or arrange? Few things that make them suspect abt your case is instant marriage. I feel like we are all trapped in their obnoxious web.

she stayd for up to 2 months after marriage
i have all the proves and photos of functions even photos of second visit of my wife when she came to perform karwa chouth rituals and diwali and we attanded one of my cousin's wedding as well in November.

the only thing is missing that we didnt had honeymoon..
coz she has to return back to Canada to continue her job ..

thats enough proofs to tell them dat this is geniune marriege...collect all d pics with u...don't worry if there is no honeymoon other things support ur case very well..

I received my GCMS notes yesterday and it says interview required
Now I started waiting for the interview date and any letter/email/call asking for re medical

Hoping that everything will be fine soon ..
Medical was expired on 20th of June ..

Hello. Sorry to hear about your interview as per your notes. But thats not a big deal. Sometimes NDVO does just to check their quality check and to do for other formalities too. Get all the evidences as much as you can. I hope you will get your flying wings very soon.

I think in some of my older comments , i had said, those are left in this forum or didnt get any reply from NDVO yet about their application status, they may have an interview. I am not trying to scare anyone. So guys just relaxed and wait or you can apply for GCMS notes to know more about your file.

@ desijatt ~ I think you should be only focused on preparing for interview , I am afraid you have a difficult task ahead . Wife 5 years older than husband comes under scanner , and being punjab applicant it doesn't help . Now they will question everything related to your relationship just because of age difference . Have best answeres ready, focus more on your relationship before the wedding , when , where , how ?? . You have to prove it's not a traditional punjab wedding , it was a love marriage . Visa officer will more likely question your motive and doubt your intentions . So buckle up , you have a bumpy ride ahead . It all depend on your preparation now .

I opened my ecas today and saw a little change. There wasn't any mailing address showing before but its showing today. Does that mean they have started working on my file thats why I see that change on ecas. Any comments?

just curious..has anyone applied for second notes while waiting for the first notes being processed? does NDVO reject such request?
