Hi everyone, congrats to those who got updates today. I am unable to view my ecas. I have tried both the UCI and the File number from multible devices, the message we get is 'wrong information entered'. Is anyone else experiencing this?

Have you clicked on the «identification type » as UCI of File number correct?

Are you using a laptop or computer or any other device like mobile and ipad.
Its best viewed on either laptop or computer. Also check if you entered the UCI / File number correct.

Yes correctly, I check my ecas with the same number multiple times a day, I did that this morning, no change in status, I checked it after you guys got IPs, it says they aren't able to identify me.

Everything is correct. Both I and my spouse are trying it from both laptops and mobile devices. very strange.

I mean not the number, but above the number there is a kind of cliking option your chose the type of information

Yes mairym everything is in order, this has never happened before. I hope they're updating my status as well.
