If there aren't any red flags and you are not lined up for interview, current timelines are 9 months after day of application, also be aware that there are fewer applicants in aug, sept, n hopefully oct, therefore, I can easily figure out that they will finalize 3 months applications in 2 months for sure,
I expect timelines to be reduced by 1-2 months when it will be your turn, if your case is convincing expect everything done in around 8 months of application.
Vijender, please don't be so pessimistic, you can see they are working on august applicants right now.

Guys,

I have a question. My interview is coming soon. Me and my spouse living together in India from last 1 year and it's almost more than a year we have been married. I need for the documents which we need to take with us.


Please let me know if I am correct or not.


1) I will be taking all the Trip pictures, Hotel bills and tickets of our trips which we did after submission of our application - It would be about around 7 to 9 trips together (alone, with friends and Family).

2) My wife is on Residence permit here in India

3) She also applied for the jobs in Canada + Accommodation letter from her brother in India. This is our intention to return to Canada.

4) Pictures - Loads of Pictures from our trips.

5) Cousin family function pictures here in India

6) Our membership together in India

8) Original Marriage certificate

9) Holi celebration Picture together

10) Party with friends here in Delhi and India.

11) She is also helping me in my business since May 2013.

Anything else need to be attach?

All the best for your interview. Analyse your notes to find out the red flag for the interview or randomly selected for the interview, expired medicals etc. Based on that work out the strategy and answer honestly.
Regarding the photos taken on the interview write names on the back especially the frequently appeared persons family or friend names.
Of your list the 11th item is the odd man out. Not connected to family or marriage. Think on this point You are the better judge.
Be confident every thing would be smooth and fine.

I am an october applicant and file trasnfered in november. My spouse is coming to india on official work and plans to stay with me for 2 months.. will it create any problem or is it ok? Both of us are of indian origin and its a proper indian marriage! will this create any alarm if he comes to india? i guess its no offense ..

No alarm it will create. Now it is observed some cases are getting cleared in 9-10 months who knows you may get your visa in two months as they are processing Aug.

After application received on 13 june 2013 due to some Representative form (lMM 5476) error CIC reject the application. we resend application on 9 august 2013 and got sponsorship decision made on 16 september 2013.

so which month we supposed to our file transfer September or June?
