who is the contact person that you had mentioned in your application? if you had indicated your immigration consultancy to receive all communications from NDVO then all correspondences will go to them and not you...some agencies just do the application completing process and nothing else like follow ups, or receiving correspondences on your behalf while some would be the ones to be contacted from start to finish of the process...

My wife's e-cas now shows "Decision Made" & she received a call from Chandigarh visa office today afternoon to pick up her passport with shiney visa. FINALY!!! after months(1 year almost) of emotional frustration and mental torture, there is light at the end of the dark tonnel.

Got a call fro NDVO...they sent me a corrected e-mail for my medicals and promptly called back within the hour to confirm if all is ok!!

Thank God!! Now to get my medicals done....n then wait...again!!!
