I think this is a Metlife number...what time did u get this call?

If i'm not wrong, NDVO gives 3-4 tries consecutively and then dont try after that till a further date.

I got this call around 3 pm unfortunately my phone switched off due to low battery.

Hello everyone I'm back to my home city after my interview I don't think I have to say anything all you guys already know what happened there during interview.

I really don't have energy to talk about it (my interview) all I need your support and advise ...

*My first question is when they do the interview do they record every interview?

*He asked me do you have any documents to give him or show him?
(I gave him 12 + 12 months phone bills records from both sides, Whatsapp chat screen shots, Skype chat screen shots, Few Greeting cards and Western Union Receipt till now).
When i gave him all these documents to him he said you can go now and you are not getting any visa.

My second question is why he asked me for more documents if he was going to say you will not get visa?

*my third question is If he was already decided he is not going to give me visa why he didn't return our pictures and greetings cards that we have submitted along with our application even he has asked me to give him more proofs if I have any (I gave him)?

Best regards.
That's sad to hear. But, what was missing/incomplete/seemed fraudulent in your application that they refused the PR? Shouldn't someone at post be providing you a clear and backed up reason for refusal?

Shorty2001 is a 4th July applicant.

Hi I'm a Canadian Permanent Resident residing in Canada- I got married in Oct 2012 & got my wife's medical done by the end of Oct 2012.
My wife is Indian. I applied for her sponsorship & application has been in process since May 24 2013. I was approved as a sponsor by CIC Mississauga in April 2013 & completed package was then forwarded to New Delhi CHC by Mississauga CIC.
My wife received her PPR in July 2013 & same was submitted to CHC New Delhi with in a week.

Since I had a common-law relationship in past with another person who was a part of my PR application before my arrival to Canada; my wife was re-requested to submit a Severance deed in the matter of my dissolved common-law relationship with that person. As a part of application I had already disclosed this matter & attached an affidavit declaring that common-law relationship with that person dissolved in 2010 with no further bindings to that common-law relationship. However, I re-supplied the affidavit with an Inability letter stating that this is all I can supply as I have no means to contact the person I was previously in relationship with & that I'm now married to my wife named xxxxx.

I told my wife about my past common-law relationship before we got married & she was thoroughly understanding & informed.

The person I was in relationship with, till date never landed in Canada but did receive her Visa through me.

This severance deed was requested by CHC New Delhi in Dec 2013 & was supplied with the affidavit & letter with in a week. We haven't heard anything since. Beginning to being running out of patience I recently in early March 2014 requested notes under ATIP. I haven't received them either. Both of us & our families are getting frustrated because of this unexplained & never ending processing time.

Please advise if there's anything I can do, other than living in never ending hopes!

I did not hold any information back since stage 1/ through out the application process so far. I've been honest about everything. I was never married to this person I was in common-law relationship with. I did not have any child from this person either. That relationship ended & both of us went on our own ways. Have never met, talked or seen each other since 2010 & have no aspirations either.

I love my wife & just want to be with her for the rest of my life; can't bear the pain of being away from her anymore either.

It'll be 10 months in processing time since application was received by CHC. There online status reporting system is also very poor.

Our eyes are getting stoned waiting for to be with each other.

Hand on buddy .. Don't worry everything will be ok. Waiting is the big part of their process. The processsing time for NDVO is 13 months now but because they were in strike for 7 months, its taking more time for few applicant.

Because of your past relation they must have red flagged your application so it might delay the process by couple of months.
Once you get your notes you will know what all are these red flags and reason behind it.
Just to let you know it takes atleast 4 weeks or some time upto 6 weeks to receive notes so pls don't worry, you will receive notes soon.
I have no past relation, neither my spouse, no travel history & the only possible red flag in my file can be age difference, I also still haven't heard from them. Its more than 9 months..

Just stay strong pls
