Thank You SN0206 for the lovely wishes. Unfortunately my husband won't make it on time for the wedding date in April. So as least another month and more of waiting. NOW MY WIFE WENT THRU ANOTHER MEDICAL EXAM. WILL THEY UPDATE SECOND LINE THAT MEDICAL RECEIVED?

Are you in IP right? If meds already updated on ecas, then dont worry. I hope you will get visa soon.

My wifey got her passport today with the shining visa ;D ;D ;D ;D
Our wait is over!!
we applied in June 2013 and got visa in march 2014.
Oh i am soo happy! God's great!
Intezaar ka fal meetha hota hai, expereinced it totally today!
I wish everyone get theri file processed soon!

Just one thing, my online file status still shows in process. It changed from application recieved to in process on 4th March '14 and got passport with stamped visa on 13th march 2014!
Sometimes NDVO acts wierdly fast!
I hope it does like that in everyone's case!

When can I get expect the visa? It is so killing me. I cannot concentrate my work, making silly silly mistakes which I don't used to do. Getting very frustrated on little little stuff. Contacted MP and got nothing said come back in April 6, 2014. What should I do now.

Aww i understand that you are frustrated and tension about that. Just dont lose hope and i will pray for you to get visa sooner!!! Stupid them for making you wait long like magess and others. Keep praying that you will get visa very soon. Be strong and dont think too much. Its not good for your health. God bless you!

Hello guys,
I am really very happy for the people who are finally getting In process and DM's on their status after waiting for a long time. I am the aug applicant waiting for my visa but dunno when its gonna come so much depressed with this immigration system who are making our lives miserable for no reason. I thought they would be coming up with some efficient system inorder to process the cases more efficiently. I also understand their are applicants waiting since a year to get their visa...I really feel so sad about them and really appreciate their patience and the bonding which they have maintained in their relationship. I dont kknow why but i really missed those days when u get marrried and you have those amazing, surprised, and exciting days of ur life after marriage and you know what i am just missing those days of my life...oohh i am sure we all are in same boat....I think this is the only platform where you can come up and share ur emotions and feelings and where everyone of us understand and knows the face we all are going through...
I wish god to give all the strenght and patience to all our applicants who are in their toughest part of their lives waiting for their loved ones to get reuinte together in to their eternal bond of love and emotions.
Lat but not the least I would like to thank Myrah for her amazing and outstanding dedication and emotional attachment towards this forum who has religiously followed this forum and took initiative to update this forum on the top. I wish her all the best and very happy and joyful life in Canada.
And also thinks if any one of us who is also active, dedicated and determined to take this privilege to update this spreadsheet as an when we get update....

i understand that you cannot wait to meet your loved one and be together everyday. I also felt that too like you after marriage but unfortunately we have to wait like this until they get visas and reunited with our loved ones. Its so irritating to be in this situation. If it wasnt strike at that time, we all would have got visas early and be with our spouses in Canada. It sucks! But dont worry you will be reunited with your loved one after all and you guys will always be together soon and go out alot. You may get visa after 2 months without any delays. Atleast its good thing that we have this forum so we dont have to think too much and see many ppl get their visas. Isnt that awesome? Also, people here are awesome like us to help each other here if any questions. Very proud of them! So dont be depressed. Stay strong and be positive. glad you posted this up. God bless u both!

I have sent passport 5 months ago still waiting to hear a response if they have received it or not, same goes for medical.. I contacted MP, didn't get any clear answer.. for FK sake if its too much work put more staff to do it faster.. The government only knows how to take your money, nothing else...

Haha i agree that the government needs to hire more staff to work faster and finish those who are still waiting longer without visa yet. So insanee! sometimes NDVO does reply to some of the applicants. Its depend on how lazy they are. You should apply for GCMS notes to find out if they have received your passport. It might be helpful for you. Try your best for it.

Just wanted to know how long spouse visa process can take(max.) after sending of passport to CHC new delhi to get it back.Its already been 4 months since they have received my wifes passport in the embassay. Any one with similar timelines at CHC new delhi,plz share your experiances.I dont know what the embassy does with the passports keeping them for 4months or more.They should do all the checks and then finally ask for passports,so that the passports can be returned quickly.

Hi

It is normal for New Delhi visa office to keep your passport for 4 months and some of members waiting for a year after sending the passports. It takes 8 to 10 months to get pp back with visa without any delays and if no interview. You are a july applicant so they have started processing on first week of july applicants like few july got visas too. You may also hear good news soon this month if you are a second week of july. Desi girl has similiar timeline as you and she is also waiting for visa and others too. You can check the spreadsheet under my signature to see how many july applicants are waiting for visas.
