On July 3rd, 2013 my sponsor approval came in (from CIC-M). My wife's application is at NDVO and "Medicals received" is the current status, under 'Application Received'. Requested 'Additional docs' received by NDVO on Jan 31st, 2014.

Based on the current trends, can anyone comment on when we could get passports stamped with visa. Thank you.

Since you got ADR from NDVO, it may take time to get IP if everything is done. Dont worry, they may give you good news before your medicals expire. When does your medical expire? All the best!

First of all congratulations to all the members for getting DM...
I am also one of the silent followers of this forum and today my spouses file status changed to In Process.

Just want to share our timeline.

Application filed: June 21, 2013
Medicals completed: May 14, 2013
Sponsorship approved: July 19, 2013
Passport requested: August 21, 2013
Status changed to IP: March 07, 2014

All the best of luck to people who are waiting for their status to be changed... hang in there all, with God's grace, you will over come this seperation and challenge....

Hello

Have you tried an MP enquiry or apply for GCMS notes? You should apply for GCMS notes if you havent done yet and it will be helpful for you to find out what has happened with your file. NDVO may send you a letter for re medicals soon since your medicals got expired. You have to wait for a bit longer. Stay strong and be patient for sometimes. All the best!

Passport sent on Feb 24 and same was received by Delhi commission on Feb 26, 2014.
Status still shows application received. Can someone tell me long does it take fr it to change to DM?

Hello Everyone,
I got my PPR in the month of Jan 14 . I submitted my passports along with landing fee in Feb and gave the medicals in Mar 14 .

When I check my e-cas status it shows nothing . Is this normal ?

After how much time I can expect would my application be available in e-cas ?

It should say something on ecas like we received your application for permanent residence on (mm.dd.yy) after your application got approval. Does it say that too?

We received passport with VISA today.

Last 3 Mondays have been lucky for us. We have been regularly checking out e-cas everyday:

First Monday Feb 24th - we got updated on e-cas for medical results received
Second Monday Mar 3rd - We got DM but as per e-cas update file went in IP on 28th Feb
Third Monday Mar 10th - Passport received with visa.

Only thing that we did extra without NDVO request was to send out the Quebec Selection Certificate before hand with all to-date call details, emails, letters, card and a formal letter to NDVO. Previously, we had just submitted our application with 1 month of call details and lots of pics, and some bills & receipts. We submitted application 2 months after wedding. We got DM 1 month before our wedding date. So people who are waiting my advise would be to submit additional details of ongoing relation without NDVO even ask you to do so, as it really help to reach a quick decision by NDVO. Also, it make their lives easier. Take care guyzzzz, and good luck to all waiting applicants - especially mangess, i wish god give you some good news in coming week.

Hello

Right now they are still processing on June and already started on July applicants. You are a December applicant so you may hear an update after 8 months than any delays. The processing times are 12 months in New Delhi but you may hear from 8 to 10 months if the case is normal. All the best for your processing.

I got my notes and as expected 'interview is required' (the usual suspects age difference, family background and previous relationship - before anyone ask age difference is over 10). No condolences, please. I can face interview, it is the delay part that makes me mad. They did not look at my file till Feb 10th. Now medicals and pcc expiring this month and no interview date yet. God knows how long will it take to a get an interview date and if medicals and pcc need to be redone then the delay is forever..then the issue of security and criminal checks have not been started...forum members who have been waiting to hear from NDVO from Feb until now (for Feb 2013 - May 2013 applicants), you will most likely have interview. Order notes and you will see whole history of your lives and why interview is required.
