Hi rogerset,

I had kind of a similar problem, never heard anything from CPC-M and figure out that they had a typo in my email address.
When I gave a call to Call Centre, that lady was really friendly to me, she updated my email address over the phone and also sent me an email of confirming my SA.

Hi All

I see 'Decision Made' on ECas as of Jan 23rd 2014. I still have not received any email or physical letter from CIC confirming my SA.

My worry is- based on reading other posts, that sometimes, the file just sits in CPC-M until you call and followup and only then they send the actual letter and then only they transfer the file to NDVO.

I called and spoke with the useless folks at the call center and all of them are giving conflicting information. One of them says, an email was sent on 23rd, another says a 'letter' was sent on 27th. I am worried.

What should I do? Bottomline-I want the file transferred to NDVO. How do i verify that?

processing times are calculated from the date the application is approved by case processing center Mississauga after which is sent to the visa office for further processing !!

i think mine is starting when they ask me for passport. That's what they said in email. You will schedule for interview as a June 13 applicant. They ask for passport in june.

Oh i see. When did you find out about that? Dont worry too much about an interview and dont be nervous about it. Just be confident. You should talk to Garry about that because Garry had an interview at the same.place i think. All the best for your interview and God bless!

11 months of application and still waiting

Cant make inquiry at ndvo as they say lawyer being ur representative we cant reply to you but lawyer has his own reasons to not make inquiry

Saying too many inquiries will push ur file back

Wow still waiting in IP and medicals has expired already? Did you try to apply for gcms notes recently yet? you shiuld try it. We are similiar timeline but still two same words (apps received). so insane of this waiting game. I wish you a speedy dm and all the best! God bless you.

I got an amazing response for the MP inquiry. "The file is in review"

What i suppose to make out of it. They are providing a response for the sake of giving one.

Also, MP assistant is saying frequent inquiry will slow down the process.
