I also called the MP today they told me send the passport if you are not travelling soon. There is no harm in sending it according to them. I email NDVO as well. The call center said they will usually get back to us in 24-48hrs. I am hoping I will get some response by tomorrow too. I will let you know if I hear anything. Dont worry.....

i think I have the same problem cuz I got a call from lawyers assistant and she said that they are asking for recipt for immigration fees and police clearance but nothing mentioning ppr and she is also confused! she said she has to wait till Monday till my lawyer gets back from india ,I really hope its a ppr!!! im so stressed

Your best bet is to apply for GCMS notes. It would be recorded in there if the medicals have been received.

Well no. There's no harm in sending the passport as soon so you might get the visa without a delay. We never know when we will get the visa early or late. i hope you will get the visa soon when they start working on November. Dont think too much and be positive. Good news!! Got a request to deposit the passport immediately so that the landing in Canada can be before the medicals expire. The same passport was given to us after the interview and we were confused, and disappointed. I guess yesterday was a good day for us. Good Luck to all who are waiting.

You can check how to apply gcms notes under my signature. Its so helpful. I think its too early for you to apply gcms now. Just wait for few months after you send passport to NDVO. Dont worry abt the medicals now.

If your wife is submitting her PP to NDVO, and if her TRV gets approved, how do you plan on getting the TRV stamped on her PP as her PP will be with the NDVO for PR visa processing, right?

this is insane its the same form/letter via email we all got for ppr but submission of pp is only missing from this....I think its definitely the ppr....

Haha i was so surprised when i saw some posts that their letter didnt mention about passport. its so important not to miss anything on the ppr letter. It was so obvious that it is ppr. Haha so stupid NDVO.

after landing if ndvo can email me saying im waiting final review by a VO than I can imagine such a mistake.....really playing with everyone lives.......its sad some get thru so fast some stuggle to get thru and some just go on waiting with a question mark....and we dnt have answers why this happens !! uff too much NDVO hope all u guys waiting get the visa's man enough is enough :
