would any one please let me know how to get GCMS note and i have lawyer so do i have to apply in person and my lawyer have to do so
i m June applicant and my ecas is still file received no update , is there any June applicant which get IP so far
your answers is highly appreciated

hey no need to get anxious over process that you don't have control over..outside this forum some June applicant got his/her application status changed to 'in process'...since ND Visa office is clearing Feb - May, it could take few more weeks to start processing June applications on a big scale. You should hear something before the end of this month/beginning of next month...

All jan applicants have got decision made ?

Hello all applicants

Canadian citizen returning to Toronto applying for my wife's spousal visa/PR

Application recd - 25/11/2013
Sponsor approved 27/12/2013

Her file states application received.25/11/2013.

Can anyone comment on realistic time lines..I understand .the time lines on the website are to manage our expectations .
My contact who is also a consultant suggested 3-4 months.

Can any one tell me if the foreign services workers strike has affected immigration applicants?

3-4 months to get visa? he/she must be kidding...it used to be in 2012 or earlier..since the strike processing time frame has been increased to a year but most get their visas anywhere from 8 to 12 months (normal application with no problems and if you are lucky and the lazy bums in visa office work properly)

Guys they have saturdays n sundays off right ? So can we expect them to dispatch passport with visa on friday without updating the status to dm and we receive it on saturday ? Wild hope !

last month one Saturday lots of 'ip's were issued..on Jan 1st, some statuses were changed..go figure..I have feeling they work on weekends so that they can charge overtime or they are sincerely clearing the backlogs (wait, wait..I can't write this with a straight face without laughing). Sometimes you get your passport before they change the status so anything is possible..it is a 'harry potter' show over there

lol u can nevr knw....i gt my status updated to IP on sunday....and those people who gt their DM recently ..it was on Jan 1....u can nvr predict NVDO...bt i guess they already made decisions fr most of the applicants and hv their pps dispatched bef updating the status....

no..mine is like a plane that is loaded with fuel still sitting on the runway waiting for those lazy bums to turn the engine on...nothing started

Oh man . everyday is a confusing day..checking status first thing in the morning..last thing in the night...but January has started off in a very good way...in a matter of 2-3 days 6 dm's and even pp with visas.Lets see

check Myrah's spreadsheet..some of them are waiting for interview dates...none just ' application received' status

They havent started anything on ur file because one of us in this forum might be an officer reading all what u say about them after his working hours so start saying good things about them u will see an updation within days

let me start reluctantly...New Delhi visa officers are the most hard working (they don't go home at all so dedicated to work that their children ask who they are when they go home), very transparent in their process (so transparent that clean glass would be ashamed of), don't care about their salaries (they even don't charge for all their overtime) and they are not to be blamed (as they say in the universe, it is the system/process sweetie)..so visa officer are you happy reading my fine review about your work ethics..now get back to work and you could have processed couple of applications during the time you spent reading my review
