ok so u got ADR.... please send them the judgement, certificate again as well as the application/petition of divorce only till they get this will they start processing your application..

Hi Myrah,

Today I got call from NDVO from 911141782000.

they told me they send me letter on 12th November.

I said that I didn't get it.

they are asking for 1. divorce certy
2. divorce petition
3.divorce judgement.

I all ready submitted divorce certy along with application.

they told once they will get this document after that they will start processing on my application.


i forgot to put my E-mail address in my address that's why this thing happen and i didn't get letter sent by them by post.

Hii Myrah ADR also means Alternate Dispute Resolution which happens when one does the appeal.. Even I got confused when I first read ADR in this thread!! However most people in this thread/ forum don't know about Alternate Dispute Resolution as its a process after rejection of the application!!

ya I know that ADR...once u appeal he was relating to my previous comment abt additional document.....
previously I didn't know abt it but when I read it in the appeal thread I got to know........any news from ndvo?

lol now im sure hes all clear with the 2 ADR's

I can understand how tiring this wait is for 2012 applicants and they just don't seem to hurry up just dragging n dragging every step....ridiculous system !! I have no words left for NDVO ..
