Once u find your MP u can call them and book an appointment to meet her/him or do it on the phone itself....they will guide u with the process and what forms u have to fill and sign

please send them the pp asap with the copy of the GCMS notes and a covering letting with your uci and file/application no...with your indian address phone no and correct email id..and details of how many passports u are sending etc (please do mention in the covering letter the chg of email id too)

I have submitted case specific en-query couple of weeks back at "https://dmpportal.cic.gc.ca/cicemail/intro-eng.aspx?mission=new%20delhi" to have my email address updated. And havent got any response/update from NDVO.

Today i sent a signed letter,and GCMS notes highlighting wrong email address and Passport request to NDVO asking to update my email address as per instruction from "http://www.canadainternational.gc.ca/india-inde/visas/update-how_mettre-comment.aspx" and email to me PPR again. Just not comfortable sending my passport without actually receiving PPR to my correct email ID.

Any idea how long will it be before NDVO respond to this req..and is GCMS the only way to find out if they have updated my email address?
Once they have my address updated will they resend the emails sent to wrong id earlier?

Call the local MP's office and an make appointment. When your husband goes to see the MP, ask about the file and for the MP to look into it. It may take a week for the MP to get back to your husband with the answers.

You suppose to send passport with notes as it's already mention in notes.

I have sent my passport with out PPR email but I got a call from NDVO to submit my Passport and when I had a talk she told me that NDVO already passport request in July and she told me to submit Passport for further processing even without PPR email so I did with cover note mentioning that I'm submitting passport as per telephonic conversation. Though if you want to wait for NDVO then you can.

that's fair enough but just for your information lots of forum members did send the pp with the copy of the notes and it was ok most of them already got the visa's
hopefully they reply back to u soon now ......if not then maybe ndvo will call u to send the passport once its ready for the final review of your application....all the best..

they told me they send me letter on 12th November.

I said that I didn't get it.

they are asking for 1. divorce certy
2. divorce petition
3.divorce judgement.

I all ready submitted divorce certy along with application.

they told once they will get this document after that they will start processing on my application.


i forgot to put my E-mail address in my address that's why this thing happen and i didn't get letter sent by them by post.

ok so u got ADR.... please send them the judgement, certificate again as well as the application/petition of divorce only till they get this will they start processing your application..

average is 4 weeks..........otherwise 2 weeks to 3 months ....we have one applicant waiting since july

don't worry may applicants already started getting IN PROCESS and DECISION MADE.....u too shld be hearing it soon last may applicant who got IP was 24th may and u are 31st may ..........good luck
