Hi Myrah

I have one confusion.

CPC-M received my file on May 15.

After that Sponsorship Approved on July 5.

So normaly they are taking 1month for sponsorship approval but I my case they took around 50 day.

so Is there anything to worry ?

hey they approved it even though bit late..there are plenty of other things to worry about - Will I be called for interview? has NDVO received my medicals? why the process takes so much time? will the visa processing officer be in a good mood when he process my application? so don't worry about finished step other steps in the process are waiting for you to cause concern (not that it will happen there are many cases where people just breezed through the whole process like a clock work)

not sure why it was approved late but maybe due to strike everything got delayed

60 days since IP for me.. I guess there are people who are waiting even longer than me.. have some patience and best thing, try GCMS or MP inquiry..

It's now one month since in process not sure what they are doing. I am expecting my notes in a week or two . Anyone still waiting with in process more than a month? I see in spreadsheet that people who got interview files did not change to in process is it true ??

there are many people who are 'in process' who have been waiting for many months....see few posts before this (maybe last page or two). My impression was when people get interview notices or they find it in notes, then they are already 'in process'.... after the interview it will be changed to 'decision made' when approved or not...I may be wrong

This weekend has been so slow... Hope there are lots of good news this upcoming week. I hope all the IPs change to DMs and all DMs change to PP returned and all those who have app received, changed to DMs directly... especially to all Jan to April applicants.

I did mp enquiry again last week and got a reply this week. It states that my file is currently awaiting initial review. It looks like they havent started yet? I really hope they do update us some good news soon. Dont know why its so long. What about you?

Ya it's normal I got my transfer after 2 months it's all due to strike some files were delayed

she just said it seems all ok to me.....that's all......useless I say......I did medicals on 17th jan now it expires on 7th feb...anyways hubby asked her again to do enquiry coz we not satisfied with the answers....need to know if interview is waived or not...need to know whats delayin the file is it coz my transfer was late? so lets see wait next week again for an answer

Lol its good that you doing mp enquiry again but why dont u try gcms notes? I know it takes long but i hope your interview is waived. Its soo annoying when they only give same answer as awaiting initial review. So mp was okay to do it again? I hope you get the answer nxt week. Maybe i should tell them that i need to know since my medical extended this month. I dont think mp will be helpful for that.
