hi everyone. I have a question.. I applied for student visa in 2007 and dat was refused.. nd d worse thing is dat we did nt mentioned this in our file dat we had a refusal. nd there is my interview in jan.. how it will affect d case?????

That's unfortunate as it seems like the reason you are being called for interview. What was the reason for you applying for the visit visa? It might not be difficult to say that you forgot about it because you had applied 6 years ago but the VO might be expecting that answer. There was a section on one of the forms asking if you had ever been refused a visa to Canada or and other country as well as refused entry to Canada or any other country. So I am not sure how it will affect your case. They might be a little stern with you when asking about it but you didn't keep applying and getting rejected so it doesn't seem like you really want to just move to Canada. If you answer all the questions genuinely and truthfully, there shouldn't be a problem. So don't worry. As long as your love and the determination to be with your husband is strong, you will pass with flying colours. Just be confident throughout the interview.

Your timeline is similiar to mine except ip or dm yet. So congratss after long ip to dm. So lucky you. May i know when u did medical? Have a happy married life ahead! thanks for the luck.

hmm ok then I guess its coz u didn't mention the rejection in the application......its ok if hes not there.........just take all proof what u have .... don't worry all will be fine...just tell them the truth .....im sure they will understand... have faith in god....soon u will have your visa ...good luck dear....anything u need to know pls be free to ask anyone.......im sure all will be happy to help u
