Can you confirm which date your E Cas went to IP? I just went thru your history and you said that you got your Passport request on 26th July? so you got the In process on the same date your got your PPR? Can you tell us what does it say on your E CAs? and did you order notes?

Hello everyone

I read a post by one of the member on this forum . He was talking about the his MP told him his file is under security clearance and it done by external agencies so until they return the file CHC delhi; NDVO can't do anything before that........

my friend in Canada informed during his case few years back also his MP told the same and also inform they sent the file randomly from every month applications ..........

Can anyone put some light on this.......

I am glad the figure in the third category is going down!! Hopefully all jan to april applicants are cleared soon...

My husband got an email today with our interview date! Our interview will be on January 22nd in New Delhi! He was so excited that he called me at 3:45 AM here! Lol! Now i'm so excited too that I won't be able to sleep! Lol... But I don't care, i'm just so happy that we know our date now, I can book my flight and will get to see my hubby soon!!!

Sorry for replying late.

I got a call as well as an email for resubmission of my medical, they gave me 30 days time do that.
No they did not send my pp back, instead thy asked me to take this letter from embassy along.

I like your attitude....interview? who cares? if it gives a reason to be with my husband that's all it matters...look at the big picture and don't be scared or depressed about an interview....one more reason for you is to escape the winter..your medicals will expire by the time you have interview, maybe you have redo it...good luck

I went through various posts in this blog... what i found is no step has a certain time line... so only thing we can do is stick to our computer check our status and just share... no one here could help provide actual information. We can just share our experiences with others...
Guys lets just hold up together without blaming anyone in the forum. We r here just to share similar pain no one here can cure it..

Yes, we got initially shocked in July when We got to know about the interview recommended in our GCMS notes, but after all this waiting time I just accepted the fact and I'm just happy to see updates in our file! Not knowing is the worst! Once you know even if you still have to wait, it is not that bad as you can start planning at least! Will tell my boss that I need a leave of absence in Jan today itself and will start looking for flights! and with the help we received on different canadavisaforums we have all tools to get ready to succeed our interview! So thank you everyone!

i tried to figure out why some people with clean cut case with no complications have to wait for a year or more to get a visa while someone with a complicated case breeze through...I gave up. The truth is each case is different and each visa officer is different. Only thing one can do is to provide complete documents, disclose all details, and wait. We can prevent unnecessary delays by providing all supporting documents and full disclosure other than that let the system take its reasonable amount of time. Expecting a visa less than 6 months may not be realistic and we set ourselves to frustrations and pain.
