Hi guys,

Anyone else miss a phone call from CIC?

My wife's status changed to In Process on October 10, 2013. On October 24, she got calls from CIC that she missed. The calls were at about 4:30 PM and when she tried to call them back at 5PM. They were closed. She called again the next morning, only to be greeted by the "Operator" who cannot answer any questions because they dont have access to anything. We asked to be transferred to Immigration department and were told that all we can do is just email them at delhi-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca and wait for reply.

Has this happened to anyone else? How long did it take you guys to get a phone-call back from CIC?

I m seriously thinking i should apply for GCMS notes even though some of you have told me not to because file is already "In Process".

Any help or suggestions will be appreciated.
