My MP refused to do an enquiry until December saying the file was still within the New Delhi time frame.
Oh well, let's see what the notes have to offer.

@ Steve Jones, Summerside & angks. I have the same situation. It's really annoying to see that everything is in place, my wife does not even have a travel history and still we are made to wait. I am really upset with this process. Can I ask all of you if you guys plan to order notes again? I am just confused if I should order notes again today or should I wait? I got my recent notes 2 days ago!!

Hi all,
Everytime I feel depressed I come to this forum ;D.

My timeline (I believe the excel spreadsheet has it too):

Medicals done: April 1, 2013
App sent: May 30, 2013
File transfer: June 26, 2013
PPR: July 19,2013

I already applied for GCMS twice (third one request sent), I need help with the following from my GCMS notes:

1. They got my wife's phone number wrong (they have mine for her). Her email is correct and working but not the phone number.

Question: Should I do a case specific enquiry to ask them to correct her phone number (citing GCMS notes info)? I did this to correct her address a bit and they corrected it.
2. My second GCMS notes show that they have received my wife's CSQ (as incoming) as well as my IMM1344A (SA and Undertaking). Also they received her passport as well. As well our file belongs to group: 1-13E3VRS.

However, under GROUPPs, the dates are just crazy. See below, mind you, in those dates, they have nothing on us. I became a citizen in 2008 and that was it. Confusing:

Don't worry.. Its fine . this was one of the requirement before.. Now they changed few things n we don't need to write anything at the back of the photo now

Hello everyone! Happy Friday!

I haven't been on here in 2 days, any updates so far on DMs or 'In processes' since? Anyone got their passports back?

I have done both these things, but it hasn't helped. I have just applied for my 2nd round of notes on the 15th of this month.

Let's see what happens! If being like this shows urgency to the officer, then I am really urgent!

personally, applying for notes helps to figure out the status of the application and does not aid in speeding up the process. Like you, I applied twice and my file still shows 'nothing started'. Only thing that works with NDVO is medical expiry dates. If medicals going to expire soon they issue passport in one week before the expiry asking applicant to pack and go before medicals expire. Other things like applying for notes and MP inquiry does not help in speeding the process in my opinion
