This visa is temporary my friend, it's a one-time entry so that you may enter the country once legally.
Your permanent would be a PR card or a landing paper to verify your status and for you to exit/enter

I see, its for PR so it still will say RFV, can ppl in this thread remember seeing this in their notes before getting visa?

update from my side...
after 6months of waiting...i could see Medicals Received on ecas... for some reason we never had this after file transfer to delhi...
now it says App REceived. Medicals received... wait game starts
