NEW DELHI - 2013 APPLICANTS.

Hi everybody,

Views required...

I am feb 2013 applicant... and my Ecas still showing only Application recd and medical results recd...... My wife has given birth to my son in first week of September 2013...but i am still stuck here...with no progress on my file..

Wud it be good idea to write a mail to Canadian immigration minister for help and speedy process of Application... or it may be taken as negative and hamper my file processing...

All views r welcome as i am also just confused....

HI Myrah ... Can u make a list of applicants of JAN - MARCH who are having the ecas status 'application received'?
my application date is 22 march 2013 & application received.

cant do that coz there are tooo many ppl waiting in jan-march who are not on the spreadsheet so cant really keep a track..... unless ppl who are waiting just inbox me with details will make it...but every one shld co-operate ...

As i have seen one post of forum member who got visa after receiving gcms notes and his notes showed nothing started but after 20 days he received visa so bit confused mite.

They both are same CAIPS is the olde name they were using for notes now they call it GCMS. I was also confused like you which one is better.

Same as mines.....I sent my baby prove to ndvo last week ....I don't know is it helpful or not ..........let's see now

it is coincidental..it has got nothing to do with ordering notes..remember there is a time lag of 30 days so when he got his notes, his visa officer would have completed the process; there was another case where when he asked his MP to do the investigation, his ecas showed 'in process' and that one also not related to investigation. If that's the case, I would have done everything I can to get my file moving (including falling at visa officer's feet; bribing; chauffeuring his kids to school; massaging him or his wife; clean his house; taking care of his in-laws etc). I did notes and MP investigation, ecas still shows 'application received'

I have a better chance of shooting a moving fish in a tank than predicting when I will get my visa.
