however I m all set to go to india on nov 7..to celebrate my first wedding anniversary....Hopefully they will gve my husband his visa till thn...so that we can cme bak together.. as i knw dis time its gonna b very hard to cme bak alone....

Today My wife got a call from NDVO... and they asked her to send her passport to Embassy.

My wife also asked them to see if she will need to come to Delhi aytime in future for interview, and they said NO. just send the passports...

Feels good that now 9 month wait is almost ending....

Aaab tho yaar dil karta hai ki onke office mein ja kar beth jao ...aur utni der na uthuo jitni der tk mera visa nai lagate... : bahut tang kariyea hai...sari frustration hubby pe nikal janti hai...

actu yaar agar hamne ik bar bhi MP se inquiry karwah di aur ohnu ne still processing keh deyea tho pher bhi wait karni padni a becoz pher hum again MP se nai inquiry karwah sakte hai... :-[ i think some months ki restriction lag janti hai MP ki inquiry ke lyea...

Congrats atlast you got visa.Has it took 2 years to send medical certificate. How much time you waited to apply GCMS after sending passport .Im also going through same process to bring my dependent just curios to know about it.

Ours was an adoption case with lots of documents delayed by court in India (which is NOT fun deal with. NDVO seems a breeze compared ).

We only got final set of documents which we submitted in June of this year. I applied for GCMS in Auguest, and September to check any movement in file.

While our case is 2 years old, the immigration process has added few extra documents. The last Medical document (not Medical test) was one page document which required our signatures..
