All these days, I assumed, the application processing logic is 'First Come first serve', but looking at the posts in this thread, looks like it is pretty random.
The 'decision making' time differs case to case and I totally agree with that, but the file opening logic should atleast be as per the 'App filed date', so that it gives some sense of clarity and relaxes evryones nerves.
With this lottery kindaa logic, it just makes ppl go crazy.
Well anyways.... hope for the best and I wish fair file picking process in the order which they arrived.

Always remember this is just one last step before you get united with your spouse and after that it will be all rosy
(atleast you'll not be alone even if the path is thorny there after )
