Just keep patience like me aahem aahem It does not take many days to do MP enquiry and u get reply from Delhi in a couple of days, but GCMS takes long time. So i don't recommend u to order the notes. It is good idea to make MP enquiry.

One more thing similar... I saw you got married on October 16th... On our side we got married on October 22nd! Hope we'll get our visa before our marriage anniversary!!

Did you already order GCMS notes? If yes what did it say?

I did MP enquiry only. They replied that my file is in " Initial Review" stage. Hope we get before Oct 10

I have a q. Did you have to make an appointment to meet mp or phone only? They ask only file number to show proof?

Depends on nature of MP. They are just like visa officers. They drive themselves by their mood. I did everything from home. I emailed first. MP did not reply the email. Next day i called, office assistant of MP received my call. She was so polite. Then she checked my email and replied me with an attachment IMM5475e. We both signed and forwarded to her. She made an enquiry to NDVO. Finally i got reply after 7 days.

Wow whats wid their mood! You and applicant hv to sign ah? Didnt know about that so i should email mp right? Which mp did u email to? And since wen did u do mp enquiry?

I have a important question. CIC new delhi requested my passport for processing of my Spouse category. My sponsorship is approved. But I may have to leave for Europe in next couple of weeks from now for couple of months.

My question is-

If I don't submit my passport right now then what will be happen ?

or

they will request again for Passport at the time of finalising my case.

Did u also mention file number n client number to mp by email when u emailed them first or jst reason?

Hi..Does anyone know how CIC informs us of the Decision Made. Basically my ECAS changed to "Decision Made" when I checked on Monday. However, my passport is still with me and I am not sure if they will email me or call me asking for the passport.

From what I have read, NDVO do accept it if u have legitimate reason for not submitting the passport... You should write them a letter and attach your passport request explaining why its not possible for you to submit the passport now.. So you will get your second passport request thru phone or email at the final stage of your application... Once again, this is something I read in this forum.. There is no official confirmation for this... If I were you, I would give CIC a call or email them before doin anything...
