lawyers know nothing.....I actually came to this forum and got to know things...he told us I can take tourist visa and stay with him till pr....and also he never even mentioned ndvo takes pp in the beginning ..all our plans went into the drain anways that was the 1st and last time we every spoke to any lawyer .!! they have started processing visa's and very soon we all will be in Canada so chill and wait for your turn...pls watch big boss ppl who are bored trust me it will keep u entertained till your visa's come hehhe

Finally some positive news from my end!!!!!!
Application status changed to In-Process as of Sept 09.

How long will it usually take if the status changes to In-process? Any timeline folks?
I see many forum members status changes directly from Application received > Decision Made.

Why in our case its changed to In-Process?

Any thoughts forum members?
