Just adding some additional information...

It all depends how much experience they add to your record.
You can only go for full G license (no restriction) if they add full 3 years experience. In order to go directly to G class, you need to pass your G1 (written exam).
If you fail the G road test, you cannot go back directly to G. In that case you have to do a road test of G2 (aka G1 exit) and then G (aka G2 exit)

ok now a bit of advice for those who wanna get their canadian license(G category in ontario) in one shot...arrange these documents from india before u aboard u r flight....

1) You must have your car/scooter license from india for atleast THREE years old...if renewed recently bring ur old one too..( there shud be no gaps in the dates of expired and the renewed one.)

2)Your license INFO shud be SAME .... AS IT APPEARS ON YOUR PASSPORT. (same last name and address****u have to have last name on ur license )

3) ***VERY IMPORTANT***** YOU SHUD GET A LETTER FROM UR LOCAL "DTO" or who so ever issues the license in your district, town. stating that this license belongs to XXXXX person....whos dob isXXX and passport number is XXXXXX...and is in good standing...

when u get all this ...n u arrive in Canada....tell ur spouse that I am ready for written test.....hopefuly he/she will take u to the MTO in Canada to write the test....now this is again important u shud tell the person up front at the kiosk that I have experience from india...then if they ask ( for sure they will ask) show them ur passport+ ur indian license+ **letter from ur DTO

if u do these three things...u will be ready for ur freedom of roaming in Canada on ur own in the car....if u pass the tests...

Spread sheet is updated by James recently and as there are only few active applicants on this forum from respective months so this spreadsheet is Ok. Who so ever wants their details to be updated should send PM to James.007 or prasamp they are working on sheet.

Need your help. Today my wife got my spouse visa documents back having problem in OPTION C Printout . She is working Part Time. So she is not paying tax to government. In this case she is not eligible for option C printout. Please tell me now what we have to do. Is OPTION C Printout is compulsory. If u know any other alternative please tell me. She is in Calgary.

she is not employed in canada.... but dear it is compulsory..... any way she should show her other income and pay tex and after that she can attach that tex slip with ur application.......... attach a cover letter with application, in this letter she should written that when i ll get c printout i will immediately send it in ur office....... dont worry dear god bless u.............
