no change in my status.. it is still application received and medicals received... it is very frustrating waiting for so long, clueless on when we shall see some change in our files... most probably if I don't see any update till mid of next month then, I may seriously think of going back to India for now... its a big decision but I dont see any other option too... cant just keep waiting here clueless on when my wife is gonna get her VISA....

. Hey buddy. Don't be upset so much. I know what it feels like when u see that application received status for months. My status didn't update from feb to August 22. But now it's decision made. Ur timeline is very similar to mine. So keep some hope. U ll hear some positive news v soon. I felt re same n my husband was also planning to come to India earlier bcos of this strike n delays. Have faith. Stay positive.

Thanks Pratc... yes our timelines are very similar and even I am hoping to see some change in my eCase status soon... but just in case if doesn't change then I will have to take some big decision... I was planning to visit India in Sep but due to my work I had to postpone it to October... and in Dec it will be my first marriage anniversary... I do not want to be away from my wife for my first anniversary and at same time I also dont want to be with her just before anniversary and celebrate it while I was not with her for the whole year... thinking to take a break for 2 months from my work from mid of October.. and if that is not possible then I guess I will have to resign my job and go back... that will be a big decision.. lets see how things goes... anyways, I am not able to concentrate on my work over here now... getting very frustrated... waiting is fine but this is a clueless waiting and don't know how long we will need to wait more...
anyways, it feels good when I see some positive news in this forum... atleast I get a feeling that NDVO is working and some day even my turn comes... last 2 months, June and July were soo depressing with no updates in family class cases... at least this month we are seeing some good news...
I am happy for you... hope you get your passport back soon and unite with your spouse in Canada... wish you guys a happy life ahead...

I guess in a week or so, your status may change to "Decision Made"... normally if it changes to "In Process" at early stage of processing, it may take little longer time to change to "Decision Made" but since its been almost more than 6 months since your file transfered to NDVO, I guess in your case it should change to DM soon.... good luck to you... looking forward to hear good news from you soon...
