Not directly related to PAFSO but PSLRB recently delivered a decision to PSAC for a case, the hearings for which were held at the end of March. Moreover board ruled against the union and in favour of employer.

Not expecting much to come out of this process either. Yes i know every case is different just like our files : )

sponsorship --> sponsoring a spouse outside canada
