i dont think so, but it depends upon the the vo.may be the background check might take a little longer time than the usual.there are ppl who got their visas within the time frame with tons of travel his(5-7months)..are u a feb applicant

one gurl came in the morning who applied in may she mentioned her friends hubby applied in march and he got the visa last week....plus 1-2 more ppl in march got in process ya I think pari is one of them !!
