Nope no updates. Hopefully September is the month for us. If I'll not get to hear something by mid September then I'll go for GCMS. Good luck to all of us waiting !!!

hi guys i am waiting long for my passport request i did not get any aor from ndvo after long wait i apply for CAIPS/GCMS and i get reply in that pdf file that shows ndvo ask me ppr in march and second end of june the both dates are due know any body can help what will i have to do for ppr i am dec2012 applicant from ndvo i did not get any email or physical address letter please help me know what will i have to for official letter from ndvo to send passport

Send your passport immediately! Include a letter explaining what happened, and a copy of GCMS notes, (like JK45) has said.

This is a good example of why it is very important to order GCMS notes at least 6-7 months into the process (especially if you have not had a PPR)! It doesn't hurt to know what is happening with your file. and again especially if there are red flags -like NO PPR request. We all know NDVO asks for it early on!
Also check E-cas to verify if they have the right address, and I think I would also email NDVO with your email address (again). In case they need more info. You don't want to miss another email. You've been waiting almost 9 months with no PPR!

Get off this thread and go and mail your passport ASAP. (Ok I know it is the middle of the night- but get it ready to be mailed first thing tomorrow- by the quickest courier). I bet once they get it you'll see IN process right away!

hi dear i am agree with you to send passport to ndvo but if i send already beg letter to reply for new official ppr request email i have to wait for that letter reply from ndvo or send my passport with gcmc notes and new letter is it right time line 08-12-2012 apply 11-01-2013 sponsor ship aproved after that no any email

If any of the documents listed below are missing, your application will be returned..this sentence scares me ..I feel that I have to send some of the forms blank with NA on them even if they don't apply to me & don't have to be sent in.



1. If I am just sponsoring my wife ..no one else ..there are no dependents , there are no children , her parent's are not being sponsored no one ..but just my wife.

Can I leave the Additional Dependants/Declaration (IMM 0008DEP) form out of the application or do I have to send in a blank for with NA on it .

See the India specific guide where it clearly says that If any of the documents listed below are missing, your application will be returned , I know its a silly question and the DEP 0008 doesn't apply to me , but do I still have to send a blank form with NA on it due to the checklist ?

What do I have to put in the check box besides the Additional Dependants/Declaration (IMM 0008DEP) form , in the checklist if this form doesn't have to apply to me ?

2. Also do the forms have to be handwritten or typed ?

The forms that have to be filled by my wife ..can I fill them myself and just get her original signature on them , or do they have to be filled by her in her handwriting. ?

I am just sponsoring my wife ..no one else ..not her parent's or sibling's or anyone else.

So when she fills up the immigration forms , does all her family member's like her parent's or siblings have to fill up the forms ..even though they are NOT coming to Canada or being sponsored ?

I am guessing NOT ..but the You and each of your family members 18 years of age or older is confusing me

My application starts processing from 14th aug.
I wonder when they will change to decision made?
