Since I saw that some people had their NVDO correspondence emails going to their spam folders, I wanted to share a helpful tip with you all.
For all of you who gave their gmail address for the email correspondence, I would highly encourage you to add a simple filter to your settings which will ensure that you don't lose any emails from NVDO.
On the top right, go to "Settings" then go to "filters" tab and click "create a new filter".
A small window will pop-up where to the "from" field, add "gc.ca" and click "create a filter with this search".
In this next windows, make sure the following boxes are checked: "Star it", "Never send it to spam", "Always mark it as important" and lastly, you can categorize it if you want.
Finally click the blue "Create filter" button and you're all set. Your filters should now have a new filter which looks like this:
